Shipping
Once your order have shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that will contain the tracking information. Please allow 48-72 hours for order confirmation.
We ship USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders within United States and USPS First-Class Package International for orders outside of United States. Our shipping fees are based on USPS rates calculated by the weight of the item(s) purchased and the shipping destination zip code.
Orders ship on Mondays. Domestic Priority Mail packages are typically delivered within 1-3 days of shipping (not when orders are placed). Please see the USPS delivery map below for approximately domestic delivery times.
The delivery time for international orders varies by location. Expect long transit times and delays. International orders may be subject to duties, fees and VAT. Those costs are not calculated, determined by, or charged by Rotor Accessories, are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If the package is not picked-up or determined duties are not paid timely, the carrier may return the package to Rotor Accessories. If packages are returned to Rotor Accessories for any reason, we will charge an additional shipping fee to re-send the package. Shipping fees will be subtracted from refunds of returned packages.
Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping fees are not refundable.
